Victoria Soto was a teacher for 5 years. She died saving students in the recent Newton, CT tragedy. This horrid act occured in room 10 on 12/14/12 and her life was cut short at the age of 27.

“Pick Your Poison”

For Time

Choose either 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, or 300 Air Squats

At that top of each minute, do 5 burpees, then max reps of which ever option you choose.

For example, if you choose 300 Air Squats, then you would start with 5 burpees, then max reps air squats for the remainder of the minute. At the top of minute 2, you do 5 more burpees, then continue with squats. The workout ends when you reach 300 squats, but for each new minute you’re still working out, you must do 5 burpees.

This workout will be performed just like the song. So you will begin with “1” and then go “2-1,” “3-2-1,” “4-3-2-1,” “5-4-3-2-1,” “6-5-4-3-2-1,” etc. until you have completed all 12 Daze.

1 (Squat) Clean (135/95)
2 Front Squats (135/95)
3 Push Press (135/95)
4 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Ring Dips (or Bar Dips)
6 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Wall Ball Sit-ups
8 Hollow Rocks
9 Goblet Lunges (55/35)
10 Air Squats
11 Broad Jumps
12 Man-makers (35/25)

1. Front Squat 1-1-1 at 104% of 1RM

Between each set, work on mobility and a skill that is a weakness of yours.

Before leaving, row 500 meters twice with 4 minutes rest between rows. Go for a new PR on the row each time.
