Remember, Anatomies is open from 1PM-10PM, but Infragilis will not meet.

“Pick Your Poison”

For Time

Choose either 100 Pull-Ups, 200 Push-Ups, or 300 Air Squats

At that top of each minute, do 5 burpees, then max reps of which ever option you choose.

For example, if you choose 300 Air Squats, then you would start with 5 burpees, then max reps air squats for the remainder of the minute. At the top of minute 2, you do 5 more burpees, then continue with squats. The workout ends when you reach 300 squats, but for each new minute you’re still working out, you must do 5 burpees.
