The (New) Twelve Daze of CrossMas…

This workout will be performed just like the song. So you will begin with “1” and then go “2-1,” “3-2-1,” “4-3-2-1,” “5-4-3-2-1,” “6-5-4-3-2-1,” etc. until you have completed all 12 Daze.

1 (Squat) Clean (135/95)
2 Front Squats (135/95)
3 Push Press (135/95)
4 Burpee Box Jumps
5 Ring Dips (or Bar Dips)
6 Handstand Push-Ups
7 Wall Ball Sit-ups
8 Hollow Rocks
9 Goblet Lunges (55/35)
10 Air Squats
11 Broad Jumps
12 Man-makers (35/25)
