King (or Queen) of the Rower

This workout lasts for 25 minutes

In groups of two, you will have one minute to row as many meters as possible. At the end of the minute, the athlete with the most meters moves up to the next rowing station. The athlete with the least meters moves down.

If you are knocked off a rower, then you will do max reps burpees during the next interval.
