P1 = Row 250 meters

P2 = Max Reps of Push-Ups

Switch every 250 meters

Workout ends when the team reaches 3000 meters
Score = total number of push-ups

If performing without a partner, do 6 Rounds of

250 meter Row
25 Hand-release Push-Ups
