400 meter Run, 500 meter Row, or 100 Double Unders (or 300 singles)

Then:

80 Sit-ups
70 Superman Extensions
60 Sit-ups
50 Hollow Rocks
40 Sit-ups
30 Knees-2-Elbows (or Toes-2-Bar)
20 Sit-ups
10 Overhead Squats (115/75 lbs)
