Three Months of MOAR Squatzzzz

Today begins our three month squat building cycle. Try to do your best not to miss Tuesdays or Thursdays until the end of the year. Remember, sqatting does a booty good.

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3 (use 75% of your 1RM for Back Squat)

After each set, do 5 single arm dumbbell (or kettlebell) strict shoulder press on each arm.
