20 Alternating Walking DB Lunges (10 each leg)

There will be a slight twist to this that you must come to class to discover. 🙂

2. Partner WOD (2 person teams)

AMRAP in 16 minutes with only one person working at a time:

10 yard Burpee Broad Jump

10 yard Bear Crawl

200 meter Run
