A Team Effort

4 Person Teams

P1 = Sprint Row 250 meters

P2 = AMRAP Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lbs)

P3 = Plank Holds

P4 = Rest

Athletes rotate every 250 meters. The workout ends when the team completes 500 KBS. Score is total meters rowed.

3 person teams – omit Plank Holds and complete 375 KBS.

2 person teams – omit Plank Holds and Rest and complete 250 KBS.
