Back Squat, 2-4 reps

Trap 3 Raise, 8-10 reps each arm

2. For Time

1000 meter Row

100 Double Unders (or 400 singles)

50 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lbs)

40 Wall Balls (20/14 lbs)
