Squat it Like its Hot

Overhead Squat 3-3-3

Front Squat 3-3-3

Back Squat 3-3-3

Increase weight each set as your form allows. Your first set of Front Squat should be heavier than your last set of Overhead Squat. Your first set of Back Squat should be heavier than your last set of Front Squat.

Get low and get heavy!

**The gym will be closed tomorrow, but I will post a workout that you can do at home. Here’s your challenge – – DO IT and post your times here or on Facebook.

***On Thursday, there will be no 5:30AM or 6:30AM classes. The 9:30AM and 5:30PM classes WILL meet.
