Bench Press, 5-6 reps

Rest 30 seconds

Single Arm Dumbbell Row, 8-10 reps (each arm)

Rest 30 seconds

Push-ups, Maximum reps (the set stops when you pause)

Rest 30 seconds

Kettlebell Swings, 25 unbroken reps

Rest 30 seconds
