 “Kettlebell Hell”

5 Rounds for Time:

25 Kettlebell Swings (55/35 lbs)

25 Goblet Squats

Run to the cone and back with your kettlebell (about 250 meters)

If the kettlebell touches the ground during a round, do 5 burpees
