10 Deadlifts (155/105 lbs)

20 Hand-release push-ups

30 Box jumps

There will be no official 5:30pm class this Friday as we travel to Montgomery for Pound-4-Pound. Feel free to come in and do the workout, but there will not be a trainer on site.
