Push Press Power

1. Take 12 minutes to find a heavy 5-rep Push Press. Focus on posture and explosiveness in the dip.

2. On the minute, every minute, for ten minutes:

3 Push Press (use 80% of today’s best lift)

6 Burpees

Use any remaining time within each minute to rest. So the faster you go within the minute, the more rest you earn.
